    I’ve been meaning to start juicing for some time but most of them tend to always be lots of fruit which I think is way too much sugar. I’m liking the sound of The Breakfast Zinger though! I definitely need to give that one a go! :)

    Juicing certainly seems to be a great option these days. I have seen lots of people get great results.
    I have yet to try it myself, but with the help of your post and experience, I may just give it a go.
    The tip about water is also something I need to do more seriously, I drink way too much coffee

    I have a couple of wonderful experiences when it comes to fruit and vegetable juices. I know for a fact that they give you a feeling of relief that you probably haven’t felt before. My favorite veggie juice is definitely the green pepper juice. It just doesn’t get any better for me than that. The juice is foamy, is almost all white when it is fresh, tastes like milk really. There was a time when nothing else could get me going in the morning like green pepper juice. At the time I was going through a really rough time, my diet hadn’t been the best for a while, emotionally I was struggling, and somehow I made this juice one morning. It was the only thing that could keep me up, way better than coffee. At the time I was in quite a bit of physical discomfort, and I remember drinking it and feeling like a huge band aid was on all my body, my mind, my stomach, just a soothing feeling of calmness and alertness. I love it. There just isn’t enough good things I can say about it. It was a cure in my trying times. I definitely will try a three or two day fruit and veggie juice now that I read your article. One good tip I also learned along the way: strawberry really goes well with a little bit of ginger, somehow the ginger accentuates the delicate strawberry flavor. Enjoy.
