Here’s a Spring cleanse vegetable juice for you. I know it’s not Spring, but this one is good all year round.
I was a little curious about this one because I’ve never juiced asparagus. I love steamed asparagus and have always loved cold cooked asparagus on salads, so juicing them should work too. I had to try it.
I liked this recipe, especially over ice. I used a very large tomato and cucumber and could definitely taste them. Just a hint of lemon and a little asparagus flavor. Good vegetable juice! Try it if you like asparagus as I do.

Makes 20+ ounces
- 1 cucumber, peeled
- 1 vine-ripened tomato
- 8 asparagus stalks
- 1/2 lemon peeled
