Unbelievably Creamy Lush Dream | Sweet Potato, Carrots and Apples

Ahhhh….sweet potato! That’s what makes” The Unbelievably Creamy Lush Dream” soooo creamy.

If you haven’t tried juicing sweet potato, this is the recipe for you to try. Delicious, sweet and creamy, just a delight to drink and so easy to make.

I’ve known for a long time that cooked sweet potatoes are healthy and so is sweet potato juice. Sweet potato juice is a rich source of vitamin A, which plays an important role in the health of your eyes. Drink sweet potato juice, and you get a good source of vitamin B6 and vitamin C too.

The quercetin in sweet potato juice is good for more than just protecting you against cancer — it might serve as a potential therapy for Alzheimer’s disease. And who’s not concerned about that?

Thank you for this recipe. I’ve known for a long time that sweet potato has a lot of health benefits and I eat it occasionally. However, I’ve never heard of it being used this way. I have a question, have you tried juicing only the sweet potatoes before? If so, how is it?

Hi I’m Thank you and thank you for stopping by. I thought it was really good and mine didn’t have a bad texture. I use an Omega J8004 juicer. Were you using a centrifugal? Just wondering if there’s a difference. I always try to check up on the newest recipes coming out specially when it comes this juicing diet. A healthy drink which is good for the health of my family members. It was very easy to make, but apparently I’m going to need a good blender.

I have never thought of trying sweet potato in a juicer? Is it not too much fiber and very little liquid?

Good news, love the post and the health benefits info for this juice combo. Bad news, I juice many things with many variations and maybe it was just me but, sorry, this was awful! The sweet potato had a ‘chalky’ texture that I could not get past. Just sharing. Keep up the good though!!

      Hi J.E.,

I’m sorry to hear that. Did you peel the potato? I thought it was really good and mine didn’t have a bad texture. I use an Omega J8004 juicer. Were you using a centrifugal? Just wondering if there’s a difference.

Thanks for commenting and I’ve made a number of recipes that I didn’t like and make a note in my book so I can remember. Sometimes it’s just a matter of reducing one ingredient so it tastes good to me. It’s like that with lemon and ginger. I usually cut back a little on ginger and I usually peel my lemons. The rind is too strong for me and if lemons aren’t organic they should be peeled anyway.

Thanks for sharing, best wishes and happy juicing!
