5 Wonderful Benefits of Juicing
Juicing has been a part of my life for a few years now. When I started I used a GE juicer my son bought for me on Father’s Day. I liked it so much and reaped so many rewards, I continue to this day.
However, today I use an Omega J8004. It’s a fantastic juicer which I highly recommend.
Juicing is almost a daily habit for me now and when I miss a day, I don’t like it.
Maybe you’ve heard how wonderful juicing is from a friend or maybe you’ve seen it on TV. There’s some hype out there, but for the most part I’ve received at least 5 wonderful benefits from juicing fresh fruits and vegetables.
As of today, here’s a look at my experience with juicing. I think there’s much more to gain as time goes by.
Can you imagine what juicing will do for you 10 years down the road?
5 Wonderful Benefits of Juicing
#1 – I consume large amounts of fruits and vegetables.
#2 – I get a wide variety of fruits and vegetables in my diet.
#3 – I have more energy.
#4 – I’m boosting my immune system.
#5 – I feel better about myself.
Certainly there are more wonderful benefits of juicing, but these are my top 5 today. Maybe I should list #5 as my number one benefit, because isn’t feeling better what we’re all after?
10 years from now I believe I’ll have a whole new perspective and I hope to be writing about it then too. Thanks again, best wishes and happy juicing!

I used to take fruits just after i woke up. That was happened few years ago. I don’t know why i stopped because it was effective…maybe work, busy time or just indifference.

for me, benefits that I got from juicing is I get to improve my immune system. It’s really important thing for me cuz it may keep me away from diseases… š

I’ve been juicing for a few months now and happy to report that I’m still juicing regularly and enjoying it more than ever. Before I was not that confident in trying this because I don’t know if I can stick to it routinely, but when I did it, the energy and clarity is unbelievable, never got a flu since then, I think because it was really very healing and superb for the immune system!
I usually try to have an orange juice every morning for breakfast. Whenever I am at my parent’s house my mom also has this juicing machine and likes to give me freshly squeezed orange juice! It’s really healthy

I drink juice on alternate days. It cleans up up your internal system and therefore you loose weight.

Juicing is really good for our overall health. The good thing is that you can always experiment with a combination of several fresh fruits and veggies just to enjoy a variety of flavors. I know of some people who are juice fanatics and they are the envy of our other friends because they are not only healthy, they look great as well.
Right! Juices are more energetic, easier to have! They are good for even those who don’t like fruits.

Juicing is a great thing for our health. I do a juice fast almost once in a fortnight or so and it does great things to my body. Right from refreshing and feeling light, it gives me a whole lot boost in the inner confidence as well.
