    Apple cinnamon smoothie is healthier, delicious and its ingredients are more choice able.

  3. Thanks for the great recipe! I think you can also try using soy milk instead of almond milk. I tried that and loved the taste.

    Thanks for the recipe. Although the main ingredient is apple, I think that frozen banana makes the killing taste there :). Will try definitely try it as my post-workout meal.
