    Nothing better than drinking fresh vegetables jucies, we can add orange juice to it it will add flavor and new health benefits to it , carrots are rich with beta carotene, it purifies skin and full of A vitamin, thank you for sharing .

    Yeah! I know while a medium-sized orange contains 93 micrograms and a half-cup of canned mandarin oranges packed in fruit juice and drained has 282 micrograms. Lemons and limes contain negligible amounts of beta-carotene.Thanks for sharing.

  7. I got given a juicer last Christmas and was determined to make some lovely juices but packed it away and completely forgot about it. I’m going to dig it back out again after reading this.

    I love carrots. Sometimes, I even blend it with other fruits. But this juice recipe looks tastier. I’ve read through some of your other juicing recipe and I know they will help in my detox diet. I will definitely try some of them.

    Nice combination 🙂
    To be truth, I don’t like carrot juices alone. It’s little bitter for me. Combine it with other fruits would be great instead of using sugar…
