    Thanks for this Rich! I will definitely try this recipe. I would have imagined combining these two ingredients but as you said, its delicious and refreshing so I must try this. My favorite is combining pineapple with beets or pineapple with cucumber and spinach. Pineapple cucumber and mint is also refreshing.
