    I’ve experienced great benefits from cutting or reducing inflammatory foods from my diet. My diet does not follow Dr. Weil’s exactly, but it does have a very heavy based of fresh organic vegetables. Along with losing over fifty pounds, my energy levels are much higher, and I address some auto-immune challenges I was dealing with. I’m always looking for more opportunity to reduce inflammation and recently started working with cold exposure therapy. Some readers may be interested in following my progress.

    I feel the one of the main issue and what Dr. Weil got right is to minimize processed foods and fast foods. There are different healthy ways of eating, like juicing, high carb, low carb, veganism, etc.

    They can argue against each other, but all of these diet proponents agree that we should avoid processed and junk foods.

    Great diet tips there Rich. I have been hearing so much about anti-inflammatory lately so I have started looking into it. As you say, there are so many sicknesses caused by inflammation and so many of the packaged foods cause so much inflammation.
