  11. Thank you for this article. I’m on day 2 of my 3-day cleanse and was getting discouraged. I started thinking of all the sugar there must be in these. My cleanse said you can fill in with organic veggies as well, which I have been doing. My head is throbbing today as I didn’t give up the coffee prior to the cleanse. I’m just hoping to get through tomorrow. I don’t feel like I’ve lost any weight with it, which was not my goal but would have been nice. I am just hoping to get back into a healthy lifestyle and workout routine after I’m done.

    Great, this is so nice to hear, because everyone is always so strict on what should be in green juices and smoothies. I mean, don;t get me wrong, I love veggies, but I just can stomach most of the pure veggie juices. So I always sneak in an apple or pear. Goes to show, in the end you should always just follow what makes you feel the best. Adding some fruit is the only way I keep up juicing, and its has helped me with so many health problems! Every disease start from the “GUT” You gut must be free from toxic material. Juicing helps to cleanse your body inside out, nourish your skin and eliminate unwanted material.     After your detox or cleanse you will want to begin eating healthier in addition to exercising more. Ridding your body of unnatural toxins will take days if not longer. I would suggest no to just start loading the system back up, it is a great time to try alternative foods such as all natural or organic.
