Juice on the Rush Recipe | Healthy Juicer’s Bible
If you’re a beginner, this is the recipe for you. This is just a good ole fashioned vegetable juice recipe. Juice on the Rush Recipe. Great for the body and easy to make before rushing off to work. Taste great too!
It always seems like I have these basic ingredients in my fridge. These ingredients are easy to grow in a garden. Everything except the apple for me 😀
I get a rush from this one and it’s easy to make when I’m in a hurry. This recipe comes from one of my favorite juicing books, The Healthy Juicer’s Bible written by Farnoosh Brock.
I made this with a very large cucumber and got about 24 ounces from the recipe. Plenty for myself and Virginia.
When I started out juicing I used recipes with these basic ingredients. It was safe for me because I knew that’d I like it. Later on I moved to recipes with vegetables like broccoli, beets, sprouts, kale and spinach.
Makes 24 ounces
- 4 carrots
- 4-6 stalks of celery
