    Everything in moderation. We hear one particular thing is good for them. I juice time to time, but I enjoy a juice here and there. Sometimes I have a juice every single day, and sometimes not. Well done.

    Great straight to the point article! People that come down on juicing really do forget that other than doing a juice cleanse most of the time you’re just having a juice here and there. We’re not advocating that someone drink juice all of the time, all day, every single day!

    I do juice cleanses from time to time, but for most of my days I enjoy a juice here and there. Some times I have a juice every single day, and sometimes I’ll skip a day. In between this I’m also eating plenty of fiber filled raw fruits and vegetables. I agree with Charlotte who commented above and said that “Some people hear that one particular thing is good for them and they do nothing but that.” I also think this is the broad brush that many articles that focus way too much on the fiber missing in juice use.

    You could make one decent sized salad and meet all of the requirements for your daily fiber intake in one sitting! It’s not crazy difficult. Great article Rich, will be sharing this one with my social peeps! 🙂

    Amen to this. Everything in moderation. Some people hear that one particular thing is good for them and they do nothing but that. But in reality, most things are only good for us in moderation. Listen to your body and if you don’t feel well after eating certain food for example, don’t eat them.
