    Great explanation of when and why you should include fiber in your juice. Personally I love green smoothies, which of course include fibers. I don’t like just extracting the juice and throwing the rest away. However, your tip of snacking on the produce is a good one.

    After sunset we don’t eat fruits! We avoid fruit juices instead we eat raw fruit. The day starts with a glass of water and a fruit. Fruits at dinner is not advisable.
