My Top 3 Reasons To Juice

Reasons To Juice

There are many more reasons to juice, but here are my top 3 reasons to juice:

No. 1 Juicing helps you absorb all the nutrients from fruits and vegetables. This is important because most of us have diminished digestion as a result of making poor food choices in the past. Fast food, processed food , sweets and all of those other things we now know are bad for us.  Eating like that over the years has diminished your body’s ability to absorb all the nutrients from the good, fresh fruits and vegetables you eat today. Juicing is a great way to get your digestion system back on track and will help to absorb them , so you’ll receive the most benefit from your fruits and vegetables.

No. 2 Juicing allows you to consume an optimal amount of vegetables in an efficient manner. According to sources you should have 5 to 9 servings of fresh fruits and vegetables per day. Some people may find eating that much fresh produce difficult, but it can be easily accomplished with a quick glass of juice.

No. 3 You can add a wider variety of fruits and vegetables to your diet. Many people eat the same vegetables every day. Salad, you know? As I’ve always said, strive to put some color into your diet. The more variety of colors you have the better off you’ll be and juicing makes it so easy to do.

There’s No-Thing Better For You Body Than FRESH Fruit & Vegetable JUICE!

Rich – Awesome article. I started juicing roughly 6 months ago and have lost nearly 15 pounds, plus I feel so much better. My energy level has increased and I have a much better attitude. Juicing has been a great supplement to my typically poor diet. Now, I’m planning to incorporate a little exercise in with the juicing to continue to drop weight and really get my body healthy again.

I almost every day use it for making juices for me and my kids. It was a really good decision to have one. My kids love the various juices we make and with that they consume more fruits and veggies.

i have a toddler who is refusing to eat vegetables or fruits every day, so the best would be giving the same in the format of juice. I am planning to use the juicer for that.
