    Hi Rich, thanks for this juicing recipe! I find myself always sticking to my favorite carrot-beet-apple combination , but sometimes I can’t help but wonder about trying some new combinations. I didn’t know that ginger can be added to the mix though. I never would have imagined that, lol. But I agree, the health benefits of ginger cannot be overemphasized enough.     Altough I don’t like eating raw cucumebrs,this is the great way to incorporate in my diet and maybe I would not even taste them in this smoothie.
