    I agree with the author. These fruits are locally available and also affordable. You can for sure blend the juices with your blender right in your kitchen. Then take it fresh. No need for refrigeration.. Take fresh juice where necessary

    Tips: If you’re creating juice for any health reasons, try adding dark leafy greens to them. Try making half to three quarters of the juice consist of spinach or broccoli juice.

    Green vegetables such as spinach, kale and broccoli have many, wonderful health benefits. The idea here is to use leafy greens not for their flavor, but for their health benefits.

  14. This a great post! I agree. Sometimes, it’s difficult to drink or eat something that is not visually appealing. Nonetheless, it must not stop us from going healthy. FYI, spinach is truly rich in vitamin C. This is good for treatment of any skin issues you might have at the moment, particularly the presence of acne. It’s also good for lightening of scars and dark spots.

    Didn’t actually try this recipe yet. But, do you think a pinch of salt and pepper would taste good in this, because i like leafy juices spicy.

      Hi Gautham,

      I don’t add spices (salt and pepper) or supplements to vegetable juices(at least I haven’t yet). Too much salt isn’t good and I probably get enough salt intake throughout the day. I know people who add curcumin (turmeric) to juices though. Curcumin or turmeric being healthy. In place of salt I would try a piece of celery. Pepper would probably be okay, it’s healthy too 🙂 Thanks and best wishes! Let us know if you try it.

    I love to make this juice for my little brother 🙂 he’s so hard to have some veggies in each meal. I wonder why it’s so greeny, make it more colorful will be better. However, it’s still great that you still can make juice with some leftover 🙂
